Improve your general listening skills
To get 9 bands in the listening test, practicing listening tests is not enough, for this, you have to put some extra effort by listening to the general listening materials (radio reports, TV-shows, documental programs etc) and you can find various stuff from internet that can help your listening strong.
Increase your vocabulary bank
if you are not familiar with any word then there are chances you will miss the word especially in the last section of listening where listening runs very fast.
